NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT) is soliciting proposals from consultants with qualifications, experience and knowledge to provide 457(b) Deferred Compensation Administrator services.

RT hereby notifies all proposers it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation, proposers will be afforded full opportunity to submit a proposal in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, disability or age in consideration for an award.
Sealed proposals must be received by the Procurement Services Office at 1400 29th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816 by Thursday, July 23, 2009, 4:00 p.m. Pacific Local Time.
